General TOS!
By commissioning me, you agree to the following:I. GENERAL TERMS
- Client and Artist retain the right to cancel.
- I, the artist, do not condone the altering of the commissioned work with malicious or disrespectful intent under any circumstances.
- Upon commissioning me you agree that you've read and agree to the TOS, including the table above.II. PAYMENTUSD via Paypal, will always be the preferred methods of payment. I do NOT accept Google Pay, Cashapp, and any form of unsecure payment platforms.III. PROCESS- General wait time is between one (1) day to two (3) weeks after client has been notified when I've started. Please note that varying issues may affect the wait time. These issues include, but are not limited to: personal issues, complexity of commission, queue of commission, and work.- If anything comes up that may delay the commission, the client will be notified immediately.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION- Changes after a commission is completely finished will not be made.
- Client will always receive 2 rough drafts. I will resend a draft with changes made up to 5 times free of charge.- With original character design commissions, changes will always be free of charge.- Changes will not be made after completion of order.V. Authorship
All publications of the commissioned work shall acknowledge that I, the artist is the creator of the piece. I may use the work in my portfolio, (including, but not limited to, any website that displays my work). I, the artist, may also use the work to promote myself within any place or site, publish work, and display or post it online and offline. When asked, client may not seek to mislead others that the work was created by anyone other than me, the artist.VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
Once a client's payment has been accepted, they have the span of 72 hours (3 days) from when the payment was sent to cancel the commission. Upon such termination, Client agrees to compensate Artist as follows:(1) Partial Completion. If Artist has partially completed the Work, Client agrees to compensate Artist at forty percent (40%) of the total compensation. Artist will retain ownership of all rights of copyright and the original artwork, including but not limited to completed artwork, sketches, and lineart.(2) Full Completion. If Artist has completed the finished artwork at the time of cancellation, Client agrees to compensate Artist in full.(3) No completion. If Artist has not started on the artwork by time of cancellation, full refund is given.(4) Should the order be canceled by Artist for any reason, Artist agrees to give a full refund of any payments given by Client for Work under this agreement, regardless of amount of work done.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
